Dyfi Donkey Wood - OPEN DAYS

This is an exciting and unique donkey experience for all the family; young and old - don't let the kids have all the fun, come and "Stroke a Donkey and Soothe your Soul"

Come and meet the Dyfi Donkeys up close and personal in their own habitat without barriers.
A unique opportunity to wander through our woodland where the donkeys are grazing. Go up to them, give them a stroke, maybe a cuddle, watch them as they go about their everyday activities; grazing, playing tag or having a roll in the dust!

Follow the trail through the woods and discover Del-Boy's Den - try your hand at building your own, seek out Spot's Secret Stream and build a natural shrine to him with stones and whatever you can find, have a go at Joey's "Jacks and Jennies" games if you can find them!

In Mosses' Marquee you will get the opportunity to really get close to a donkey, learn how to groom them and loads more in a safe supervised environment - sessions run at 12pm and 2pm at no extra cost.

Take a stroll up Bluebell Way to the main part of the farm and check out how much our 2013 foals Dylan and Seren have grown.

You are invited to follow Twister's Trail and explore our water meadow and river bank.

Bring a picnic, find a spot and relax in the woodland, by the stream or down by the river.

This is a hands on experience, but we do have donkey free picnic areas. Sorry no donkey rides on site - for that you need to go to the beach. Please bring appropriate footwear for hands-on session (no sandals/flipflops)
