Visiting Opportunities under COVID19 restrictions

Private Pre-booked Visits/Walks ONLY

Available from July 13th

Dyfi Donkeys will be re-opening on 13th July. Hurrah!

We understand for people's health and well being ( and parent's sanity) a visit to the donkeys may be just what the doctor should be ordering.

Currently COVID19 social distancing guidance ( still 2m in Wales) mean that it is impossible for us to run our normal open days safely.

Therefore we are opening to private pre-booked groups - visitors will be limited to single households or members of the same "care bubble/extended household" only.

These visits will take place in Dyfi Donkey Wood and can be booked for one or two hours. You will have exclusive access to the donkeys, woodland and picnic area and Louise will be happy to supervise any portion of your visit. Special measures are available to allow access to the donkeys for anyone with mobility issues- please advise if this is needed on booking.
.
We will also be offering guided donkey walks, again to the same group format, these will include two donkeys for visitors to lead and we will walk through local woodland for approximately 2 hours. Terrain is mixed and therefore participants need to have a reasonable level of fitness and mobility. We apologise that at this time we cannot make this available to those with mobility issues.

Special COVID 19 Prices

One hour visit for upto 4 people            £45  - £5 per additional person .
Additional hour in Dyfi Donkey woods     £20

LOCALS DISCOUNT OFFER - Many local people are experiencing financial hardship so we are offering a COVID 19 1/3rd off first hour ( please give your home postcode on booking to see if you qualify)

Booking is ONLY via email dyfidonkeys@btinternet.com or phone 07717020344 - availability is limited to only two sets of visitors per day so early booking is advised if you intend to visit during your holiday in Wales.

Dyfi Donkeys have a full set of biosecurity measures in place to ensure your safety and will be asking all visitors for full home contact details in case we need to undertake "contact trace" measures, you will be asked to sign that you agree to adhere to our policies.
